Product Description & Dimensions

• All furniture is manufactured locally in Egypt.
• Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2–3 cm due to handcrafted production.
• Fabric color, texture, and wood grain may slightly differ from images due to lighting and screen settings.
• Accessories shown in photos are for styling purposes and are not included unless stated.

Customization Policy

• All sofas and chairs are custom-made upon order.
• Customers may select fabric, color, and finishes from available options.
• Once the order is confirmed and production has started, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.

Production & Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary slightly depending on workload and material availability.

Delivery & Installation

• Delivery is available across Egypt.
• Delivery includes placement in the desired location within the property, where access allows.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access (stairs, elevators, door widths).
• Any additional lifting or special handling fees will be communicated in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom-made nature of furniture, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Warranty

• Structural warranty: 12 months from delivery date.
• Warranty does not cover fabric wear, scratches, stains, misuse, or exposure to humidity or sunlight.

Tables (Wooden & Fiberglass Tables)

Materials & Finishes

• Natural wood pieces may have variations in grain, knots, and tone — this is a natural characteristic.
• Fiberglass tables are handcrafted; minor surface variations are considered normal.

Dimensions

• Measurements may vary by ±1–2 cm.
• Product images are for reference; minor finishing differences may occur.

Delivery Time

• 2–3 days for available items in stock.
• Up to 1 week for items requiring preparation or finishing.

Returns & Exchanges

• Ready-made tables may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
• Customized tables are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Care Instructions

• Avoid water exposure, sharp objects, and direct heat.
• Use coasters and protective mats to maintain surface quality.

Paintings & Artwork

Appearance & Originality

• All paintings are hand-made; slight variations in brushwork and color are part of the artwork's uniqueness.
• Colors may vary slightly from digital images.

Sizes & Framing

• Dimensions are approximate.
• Frame inclusion is clearly mentioned in the product description.

Delivery Time

• 2–3 days for available artwork.
• Up to 1 week depending on availability and preparation.

Returns & Damage Policy

• Paintings are non-returnable.
• In case of damage during delivery, the issue must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.

Copyright

• All artworks are protected under Egyptian intellectual property law.
• Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

• Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Care & Usage

• Proper care is the customer's responsibility.
• Damage caused by misuse, humidity, or environmental factors is not covered.
